Form I-20 (for F-1 students) 和 Form DS-2019 (for J-1 students) must be kept valid 和 reflect your academic status throughout your stay. If you change your major, you must request a new I-20/DS-2019. 如果你的项目将超过所列的结束日期, you must apply for an extension 30-45 days prior to your completion date.
School-Specific I-20

If you are transferring in, you must obtain a Mount Union I-20/DS-2019. 如果你想转到另一所学校, you will need to obtain an I-20/DS-2019 from the new school. 完成转出申请表格 so your SEVIS record can be released to the new school.

Report any change of your local address, phone number, or name. You must report any change to your personal information within 10 days of the change.

- Undergraduates must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each fall 和 spring semester.
- Graduate students must enroll in a minimum of 9 credit hours each fall 和 spring semester.
- Only one distance learning course may be counted toward full-time enrollment each semester.
- Students in their final semester may register full time, but they must enroll in at least one class that requires on-campus physical presence (i.e. 注册不限于在线课程).
